Bondcote 200SN Shuttering Oil is a specially formulated release agent used on formwork to ensure smooth, easy removal of molds from concrete. It prevents sticking, reduces surface defects, and extends the life of formwork. Ideal for steel, plastic, and wooden molds. 

In manufacturing and construction industry mould release agents have their main place and unique work as well. The term itself defines that the basic use of it relates to releasing something from somewhere. It can either be removing woods after the completion of roof building in any infrastructure shuttering oil is required to apply before placing wood to give support to slap so that later it can be removed easily without damaging anything. Oil help in releasing the framework easily and give the fine finish to products also. Releasing agent or mold release oil vary from product to product and industry to industry. Aluminum shuttering oil is used for releasing aluminum frame; releasing agents are different for plastic, steel, ply or timber molds etc. Oil is a kind of product which is ready to use and it is suggested to apply it with brush or cotton.

Centering, it is basically known as a temporary structure on which layers of vault and arch laid during the process of construction. After placing the arch once it gets the desired strength and when it becomes able to support itself then the centering can be removed.

It is necessary to apply centering oil before laying the layer of arch on centering it requires because when the arch gain its strength and centering is supposed to be removed there should be a greasing agent in between the surface of centering which stays away the base of arch and remove the centering easily without damaging the upper layer.

It is supplied as a spray able white liquid, ready for direct application on site. The chemically reactive components in ADDAGE Silicone Emulsion(Milky Silicone) provide a water repellent interface which protects formwork and ensures an even colour and texture of the cast concrete. In addition to preventing adhesion of the cement matrix to the formwork, Silicone Emulsion(Milky Silicone) will allow air to escape from the interface during concrete placing and vibration. This release of air minimizes surface blemishes and results in a substantial reduction in remedial costs.
