Curing compound for concrete, this application matures and hardens hydraulic cement which results in cement hydration due to the presence of sufficient amount of heat and water. Curing basically maintains the moisture which is present in hydraulic cement and it develops the potential properties inside the layer of freshly placed concrete. If in any circumstances the concrete surface is not cured it will directly affect the strength of layer and start reducing it by approximately almost 40 percent. It also results in curling and crazing of the surface. It is highly preferred to use curing compound rather than plastic sheets, water spray or wet burlap.            

Concrete curing is necessary if the surface of concrete does not cure it results in the cracked of surface and reduces the life of that place. With curing the moisture or water which is present inside the layer of concrete is the lock because outer atmospheric conditions can’t enter inside the surface due to this property of curing compound.

It is necessary to use concrete curing compound as per the instructions. The application needs proper guidance and a spying tool to apply the curing compound properly and very evenly on every part of the fresh layer. After applying the application surface is ready for use in four hours.

'Wax Based Curing Compound' it's a water-based series which is basically a concrete curing material and it has white-pigmentation & it is totally wax based curing compound. When curing compound is properly and evenly applied on the surface of freshly placed concrete it forms a thin membrane which optimizes the retention of water. White-pigments help to maintain the surface temperature prevent it from excessive heat and it keeps the rays of the sun away from a concrete surface.

Curing compound is ideal for use on horizontal surfaces and on exterior parts of infrastructure such as the roof. Mainly it is used on roads. This application is not recommended residential use. It takes nearly 2 hours for drying depends on the wind and temperature of the job site.
